Peter Stent is a qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA) with significant commercial experience in General Management across a number of different sectors including Marketing Agencies, Blue Chips, SMEs and Start-Ups in both the UK and overseas.
He believes strongly in providing the Finance Function control and support to the General Management team within a company whilst understanding their requirements due to his commercial experience. His recent market sector experience covers Financial Services, Software commercialisation and general Technical Development, whilst maintaining his strong interests in Mobile Phone Technology and the marketing thereof.
In the earlier part of his career, he started and ran his own Marketing Agency for a 21 year period. He gained significant experience in Innovative Marketing and General Management across a number of different sectors in both the UK and overseas. Peter is an acknowledged specialist in below-the-line marketing in the convergence of Media and Entertainment, Technology and Telecommunications. He was particularly successful in developing and implementing the use of Mass Media – Television, Internet, Mobile Telephony, Radio, Newspapers and Magazines – as well as Targeted Media, in unusual ways, paying particular attention to exciting new interactive opportunities for Corporate Marketing.
